Recovering Repetitive Sub-functions from Observations

چکیده
This paper proposes an algorithm which, given a set of observations of an existing concurrent system that has repetitive sub-functions, constructs a Message Sequence Charts (MSC) graph where repetitive sub-functions of the concurrent system are identified. This algorithm makes fewer assumptions than previously published work, and thus requires fewer and easier to generate observations to construct the MSCgraph. The constructed MSC-graph may then be used as input to existing synthesis algorithms to recover the design of the existing concurrent system.

Recovering the Lattice of Repetitive Sub-functions
Given a set of observations of an existing concurrent system with repetitive sub-functions, we consider the construction of an MSC graph representing the functionality of the concurrent system. We first introduce a formal structure that we call ”lattice of repetitive subfunctions”. This lattice provides us with a global view of all the repetitive sub-functions of the system and all the compatib...
متن کاملThe Effect of rTMS with Rehabilitation on Hand Function and Corticomotor Excitability in Sub-Acute Stroke
Objectives: Stroke is the leading cause of long-term disability. Hand motor impairment resulting from chronic stroke may have extensive physical, psychological, financial, and social implications despite available rehabilitative treatments. The best time to start treatment for stroke, is in sub-acute period. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a method of stimulating and ...
متن کاملUltrasonic signal compressive detection with sub-Nyquist sampling rate
This study presents a compressed sensing (CS) based sampling approach for repetitive ultrasonic signal. Proposed system considers recovering ultrasonic signal with high equivalent sampling frequency from samples captured using analog-to-digital converter (ADC) clocked at a rate lower than Nyquist rate. A basis function is constructed to realize ultrasonic signal sparse representation, which pav...
متن کاملComparative proteomics analysis of a novel g-radiation-resistant bacterium wild-type Bacillus megaterium strain WHO DQ973298 recovering from 5 KGy g-irradiation
In order to examine radiation-induced proteins in an extremely radio-resistant bacterium, it became possibleto perform comparative proteomic analysis on radio-resistance Bacillus megaterium WHO as a wildtypestrain for the first time. Variation in cellular proteins profiles of the Bacillus megaterium WHO after 5KGy γ-irradiation were analyzed by two-dimensional poly acryl amide...
